Hello I have an Ibanez RGD2127Z, it was loaded with a D-activator 7 set. I decided to change the D-activator neck for a Liquifire. Installed it using the JP (liquifire + crunchlab) diagram and the liquifire made more noise than the Dactivator bridge, then I used the two humbucker 1 vol and 4pdt diagram and the result was the same. So, is there any particular diagram i have to use? The Liquifire is noisier than the D-activator bridge? the switch EP1111 is the same as the stock ibanez switch? With the two D-activators the noise was the same on both pickups. Thank you!

they are all DiMarzios, so putting the same wire colors from the same pickup positions to the same places "should" have had the same result.
can you go in to more detail about the "noise"?
do you have access to a qualified repair guy that can look over the wiring?

Its ground noise, if i mute the strings it dissapears but it's more on the liquifire

Grounding issues can be a chore, as times it's easy to figure out and other times it can seem to take forever.
Maybe take it all apart and start with a totally fresh wiring.
Are you comfortable with your soldering skills? If not, maybe find a qualified tech in your area that can start by having at look at what's going on.

did a totally new installation and the same results... i dont know whats wrong :(. my soldering skills are pretty good , I have 12 guitars and did soldering jobs on 11 of them without problems. this is my only problematic guitar.
