Install/Wiring a Tone Zone S in a 2007 Nash Strat
« on: April 20, 2016, 01:14:33 PM »
Hi y'all, I'm a newbie and have been looking on this forum about this matter but haven't found the answer yet.

I have a 2007 (5-switch) Nash Strat with Lollars and I'd like to install a Tone Zone S in the bridge position, just curious if it's a good match.

Any idea how to install/wire this?
Thanks!

Hi Rogier,

Which Lollars do you have - I believe there are at least four strat types. The Tone Zone S will definitely be louder than any of them. To get a proper match in volume I would split the TZ S in position 2 (bridge + middle) - that combination should then be fairly well balanced, and the bridge as full humbucker will give you a nice lead boost.

Cheers Stephan
