Yeah this happended to me too multiple times. I honestly enjoy ordering from Sweetwater(no not because of the candy) I love my sales rep (Karl Long) he is very friendly and always has the answer to a product I am looking at. Their prices are just as good as all the other online stores and their customer service is far better than any other online store I have ever called. I know it is kinda wierd that they send candy with thier orderes but I think that they are just being friendly. They really seem to care about their customers. I know that since they are a buisness they obviously want your money, but unlike most other places they seem to want to help you get what is right, not what is most expensive.

They send the candy to help me bribe my kids to not tell my wife (lovingly known in gear circles as Gas-X) that I ordered something new from Sweetwater!

Yes.. best thing about them is even when you order something small it gets free shipping plus free candy... Makes me wonder how much profit they earn from all of it

I also know one supplier in my home country who used to do it. It was missing in the last package but to be honest I do not really miss it.

Cheers Stephan
