Title: My DiMarzio Illuminator neck pickup isn't working properly

I have bought DiMarzio Illuminator pickup set a couple months ago. I wired by myself, replace the active pickups on my Ibanez RGA220Z. These Illuminator pickups sound amazing. But now I have a problem:
When I switched to neck pickup, sometime it is not working properly, very low output so I can't hear anything. BUT it would be working again if I took an allen wrench and touched one of the metal poles on the pickup. Very strange to me.
What is the problem?
I'm from Vietnam and had to ship them from Amazon, if the neck pickup is dead I can't return it  :'(

If it works fine when you touch the poles with the allen key, it's likely a bad ground wiring. I'd check the solder joints and the ground connections.

Thank you. I checked and soldered ground wires again. Now the problem is gone.
