Shawbucker noise
« on: May 20, 2020, 12:37:47 AM »
Hi, I have a Shawbucker on the bridge position and it has some noise, it’s not terrible but when I change to the neck position (Fast Track 1) it’s dead quiet. I have triple checked the grounding and it’s all good. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

The DiMarzio dual rail single coil sized humbuckers and the Area series are quieter than many regular sized humbuckers. I would say if you tested with a high gain amp/pedal setting, that is normal to some extent. In a clean setting there should not be much of a difference.

Cheers Stephan
