New Here and looking for some help

Hi everyone, new here and looking for some help installing a new Dimarzio humbucker I just picked up.

Guitar: 2014 Fender Limited Edition Lone Star Stratocaster

Config: HSS with Fender S1 volume switch, 1 Volume, 2 Tone and 5 way toggle

Pickup: Dimarzio PAF 36th Anniversary

***Note - I will be removing the Fender S1 switch and replacing it with a standard 500k pot.

***Note - If possible I’d like the ability to have the option to split the humbucker when needed.

It's entirely possible to do.

Just wire it like a regular HSS and add a coil tap.
